دور المقاربات المتعددة اللغات والثقافات في ترسيخ العدالة اللغوية بالمدرسة المغربية

يشكل هذا المقال دعوة صريحة إلى إقرار وترسيخ العدالة اللغوية بالمغرب، من خلال المدرسة باعتبارها المعبر الأساسي لخلق التغيير، وبلوغ الإصلاح، وتحقيق العدالة، والإنصاف. ننطلق في هذا المقال من تصور مفاده أن المحيط اللغوي بالمغرب عامة، وفي السياق التعليمي خاصة، يفتقر إلى العدالة اللغوية، وتسوده حرب بين اللغات. ونقترح في هذا السياق، في سبيل ترسيخ العدالة اللغوية بالمدرسة المغربية، استثمار المقاربات المتعددة اللغات والثقافات، التي صاغها الإطار المرجعي للمقاربات المتعددة اللغات والثقافات (CARAP )، وحددها في أربع مقاربات: مقاربة اليقظة، مقاربة الفهم المتبادل بين اللغات ذات القرابة، المقاربة بين-ثقافية، مقاربة الديداكتيك المدمجة للغات؛ إذ تكتسي هذه المقاربات أهمية بالغة في تعزيز التعددية اللغوية، وخلق جسور بين مختلف اللغات المكتسبة والمُتعلَّمة، وتمكين المتعلمين من كفايات متعددة اللغات والثقافات، وترسيخ قيم الانفتاح والتعايش وتقبل الاختلاف.

In this paper, we aim to advocate for the establishment of linguistic justice in Morocco, through the education system as a key factor for change, reform, and ensuring justice and equity. This article is based on the premise that the linguistic environment in Morocco, particularly in the educational context, lacks linguistic justice and characterized by a conflict among languages. In this regard, we propose the implementation of plurilingual and intercultural approaches, as outlined by the Framework of Reference for Pluralistic Approaches (FREPA), which identifies four approaches: awakening to languages, intercomprehension between related languages, intercultural approach, and integrated didactic approach to languages. These approaches play a significant role in promoting linguistic diversity, establishing connections between various acquired and learned languages, equipping learners with multilingual and multicultural competencies, and fostering values of openness, coexistence, and acceptance of differences.
