التهيئة السياحية وآفاق التنمية الترابية بالأطلس الصغير الأطلنتي

اعتبرت السياحة بالأطلس الصغير الأطلنتي منذ عهد قريب نشاطا اقتصاديا ثانويا، لكن التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية التي شهدها النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين بالمجال سرعت من تحول السياحة من طابعها الثانوي إلى نشاط اقتصادي أساسي يضطلع بدور ريادي في التنمية، لذلك أخذت الجهود تتظافر من طرف الفاعلين المحليين في سبيل زيادة الاهتمام بهذا النشاط الاقتصادي وتطويره نظرا لتفاعله مع عدة أنشطة ومساهمته في تحسين وضعية المجتمعات وأهميته في تنظيم وإعداد المجال. يعتبر المجال، الذي هو جزء من الأطلس الصغير الغربي مجالا سياحيا بامتياز لما يتوفر عليه من موارد ترابية متنوعة، جعلت منه قبلة لأنواع عدة من السياحة تتنافس فيما بينها " كالسياحة الشاطئية والجبلية والايكولوجية والريفية التضامنية"، فشكلت مختلف هذه الأنواع حافزا لاستقطاب الاستثمارات السياحية خاصة في البنيات الإيوائية، التي تعتبر عصب التنمية السياحية وأساس تثمين الموارد الترابية.

Tourism in the Atlantic Small Atlas was until recently considered a secondary economic activity. However, the economic, social, and environmental transformations that the region experienced during the second half of the 20th century accelerated the shift of tourism from a secondary role to a primary economic activity, playing a leading role in development. Consequently, efforts have been consolidated among local actors to enhance and develop this economic sector, given its interactions with multiple activities, its contribution to improving community livelihoods, and its importance in spatial organization and planning. This region, which is part of the Western Small Atlas, is a remarkable tourist destination due to its diverse territorial resources. These resources have made it an attractive location for various types of tourism that coexist and compete, including coastal, mountainous, ecological, and rural solidarity tourism. These types of tourism have served as incentives for attracting tourism investments, particularly in accommodation infrastructures, which are considered the backbone of tourism development and the foundation for the valorization of territorial resources.
