نحو مقاربة فهمية تأويلية للجنوح

هل تحتاج ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث إلى مقاربة كمية أم مقاربة كيفية؟ وهل ينبغي إخضاعها للتفسير السببي، أم فهمها من الداخل كتجربة وجودية معيشة، بالإنصات إلى وجهة نظر الحدث كفاعل اجتماعي؟ أليس العالم الاجتماعي تشكيلا للفاعلين أكثر منه للقوانين الموضوعية؟ نتعامل في مؤسسات حماية الطفولة مع مراهقين يعيشون وضعية هشاشة في الرباط الاجتماعي، تتمظهر في اختيار علاقات بديلة عن العلاقات الأولية والاتفاقية، وفي ميلهم إلى الانعزال وتبني سلوكات مضادة للمجتمع، بحثا عن الهوية والتماسا للمعنى. وعليه، يشكل البراديغم الفهمي التأويلي مدخلا إبستيميا نحو إعادة بناء موضوع الجنوح بالمغرب، وسبيلا لاستقراء ما يعتور هذه الهوية من حالات النقص والتوتر والهدر الوجودي، عبر استثمار قوة الحكي والسير البيوغرافية للمراهقين الجانحين. وهذا ما ساعدنا على استجلاء أبعاد التجربة المعيشة لهؤلاء واستراتيجياتهم الهوياتية التي تعبر عن رغبتهم الجامحة في الخروج من دوائر القهر والإذلال إلى دوائر المرئية الاجتماعية والاعتراف.

Should we deal with juvenile delinquency from a qualitative or quantitative approach? Should we tackle the phenomenon from casual interpretation, an inner understanding as an existential experience or through the personal point of view of the juvenile as an actor? To what extent does the external world portray actors rather than substantive laws? We, in child protection centers, deal with teenagers in vulnerable situations of the social relations, manifesting through the choice of alternative relations instead of the primitive and agreed-upon ones. Therefore, these teenagers opt for anti-society behaviors in their research for an identity and a meaning for their lives. Hence, the comprehensive interpretative paradigm represents an epistemological introduction to the reconstruction of the issue of delinquency in Morocco, and an attempt to reveal the reasons hindering such identity including Deficiency, tension and existential loss. This is possible through narration and life stories of the delinquent teenagers. To sum up, this was our lead to explore the experience of these young people, their strategies and identities, which is an evidence of their desire to get out of Circles of oppression and humiliation and overtake social and recognition circles.
