أسس التنمية الاجتماعية في سورة الحجرات من خلال كتب التفسير

تعد التنمية الاجتماعية من أهم القضايا التي اعتنى بها القرآن الكريمُ؛ من حيث بيان حقيقة ما ترمي إليه من تحسينٍ لظروف الأفراد والجماعات البشرية، ومن حيث كونُها ناظمة للسلوك الاجتماعي والنفسي، راميةً إلى تجويد ظروف المعيشة الاجتماعية، وأسبابها. وترشدنا الآيات القرآنية، ولاسيما في سورة الحجرات، إلى تحسين هذا السلوك، في إرادته وتصوراته الفكرية والمعرفية والأخلاقية، نذكر منها: تحلي الفرد المسلم بالأدب مع الله ومع رسوله، والتثبت من الأخبار، والإصلاح بين المتقاتلين من المؤمنين، وأدب المؤمن مع إخوانه، والتعارف بين الناس. وتتمثل إشكالية هذا المقال في الآتي: كيف يمكن تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية من خلال تطبيق آيات القرآن الكريم عمليا؟ وما هي الحقائق والأسس التنموية التي تهدف إليها سورة الحجرات لتحقيق الازدهار الاجتماعي؟

Social development is one of the most significant issues addressed in the Quran. It elucidates the true essence of social development, which aims to improve the conditions of individuals and societies. The Quran also serves as a regulator of social and psychological behavior, aiming to enhance living conditions and their underlying causes. Quranic verses, particularly those in Surah Al-Hujurat, guide us towards improving this behavior through intentions, thoughts, knowledge, and morals. Examples include: a Muslim's good manners towards God and His Messenger, verifying news, reconciling disputes among believers, a believer's etiquette towards fellow believers, and fostering familiarity among people. The problem addressed in this paper is: How can social development be achieved through the practical application of Quranic verses? What are the developmental principles and foundations aimed at by Surah Al-Hujurat to achieve social prosperity?
